The Final Approved Sample of the Woodland Shorts (Green)

The Woodland Shorts (Green) were scheduled to begin shipping this past week. We've made the decision to delay fulfillment however, as a larger than average number of exchange requests have come in for the Brown variant that previously shipped. This has led us to expect there may have been a discrepancy between the size chart and the grading between sizes used by the factory.

We have asked that a size Small and XL be sent to us to determine whether an issue is present. We will keep all customers holding this pre-order up to date via MochiPing emails, and inform customers if any size changes are recommended once we know more. The Aurora Borealis Set (Jacket, Vest, and Tie), Slacks, and Button Down Shirt Pre-Orders have closed, and production has officially begun! These sets are currently in the printing phase, and the gorgeous lapels/side panels are being created for us!

Our manufacturing partner estimates production will take 2 and a half months for these sets, so to be on the safe side we have set the ESD for 3 and a half months to account for any unexpected issues or delays.

The Spanish Moon Moth Dress pre-order closed last week, though due to a size chart issue, production has not yet begun. We identified a disparity between our normal dress sizing and the size chart given to us for the Moth Dresses. The waist measurements proved to be smaller by size than the range of measurements our customers have come to expect.

As such, we will be updating the listing's size chart and sending emails tomorrow to all customers holding this pre-order. Customers will be asked to look over the new size chart (to be uploaded tomorrow), and reach out to us if a change to their order is needed.

We will be sending out a MochiPing email tomorrow as a reminder of the pre-order closing, as well as to ask current pre-order holders to double check the size chart and make any size/address changes necessary.

Our factory partner in charge of this project has given a 2.5 month estimate for production, which we are padding out to 3.5 months. Once the pre-orders end, production can begin, putting our ESD in late Summer.
