Pre-ordering means purchasing an item before it is officially released or in stock. You secure your order in advance, and the item is shipped to you once it becomes available. This allows small businesses, like Mochipan, to produce original products without a giant budget.

Pre-ordering allows you to secure popular or limited-edition items. It's a great way to guarantee you get the size and style you want. With most of the pre-orders on Mochipan, the style will be stocked after the pre-order period ends, but only in a limited quantity. To ensure you secure the size and style you want, we highly recommend joining the pre-order. During the pre-order phase, you will also be getting a discount on the product.

The estimated delivery date for pre-ordered clothing varies depending on the item. Check the product description for the expected ship date. Please note that these are not guarantees, and due to delays or unforseen circumstances the project may be delayed a little. Rest assured I am always working hard to get these items to you ASAP.

Pre-order items that do not fit are eligible for exchanges. However, please keep in mind that stock for specific sizes is extremely limited, and exchanges might be impossible due to this. If the issue is found to be due to customer error, the customer will likely need to pay for the return shipping and, potentially, a restocking fee. All items must be unworn and unused (trying them on is okay), and have original tags and packaging. Please try on any swimsuits or shorts over underwear, and avoid trying things on while wearing makeup if you think you may need to exchange it.

In stock items are eligible for refunds and exchanges with similar guidelines. If it is found to be customer error, there will be a return shipping fee as well as a restocking fee.

Delays can occur due to various reasons like production issues or shipping delays. I will be providing updates and revised delivery estimates as they arise.

Pre-order items are not eligible for cancellation, regardless of circumstance. This is because the funds received from pre-order purchases very quickly go into production costs, samples, shipping, and various expenses to keep Mochipan running smoothly and sustainably. If you need to change your size or shipping address, please let us know immediately and we can apply this change for you.

Pre-sample pre-orders are eligible for cancellation or change at any point until they enter the "Pre-Order" phase (which simply means there is a real sample of the product).

As a rule of thumb, if the product has photos of the real-life sample, it has likely entered the pre-order phase and cancellation is no longer possible. You are welcome to change what size or color you want by contacting me at mochipanofficial@gmail.com. Please keep in mind I can only accept changes before the item enters bulk production, in which case your size will be locked in.

Whether its the highly anticipated mushroom dress, the fruit cardigans, or something else you've had your eye on, all designs will be released at some point according to the following rules and basic timeline structure:

1. An item must get over 8,000 likes to be considered. If it is over 25,000, it is guaranteed to be made into a sample.
2.  Once the sample arrives, I have to take photos of the product and request any adjustments if needed, which can delay things further. Then, I set up the whole campaign.
3. Pre-order goes live.
4. Occasionally, if the item does incredibly well on social media, I will open up a pre-sample pre-order for the item.

For a new design, the turnaround time to get from step 1 to step 3 can be anywhere from 3 months to 1.5 years. Typically I find that it is about 6 months, and not any longer.

3. Karrigan Taylor Jirai Kei Collab #2:  August 2024

5. Honey Bee dresses/swimsuits: July 2024
6. Trunks: July 2024
7. Casual Cottage Bodycon Button-down Shirts: July 2024

Orders take about 3-5 days, on average, to process.

Standard Shipping: 1-2 weeks delivery time.

The reason for our pricing is: We are not Shein, nor are we a massive, fast-fashion company that produces clothes under inhumane or unethical work environments. Additionally, we strive to create clothes of a certain degree of quality that will last a lifetime with a bit of love and care.

Our products are manufactured in ethical and sustainable facilties, use high-quality fabrics, and additionally, tend to lean towards being bulky and substantial pieces with considerable shipping costs. With all this and more in mind, we always strive to keep prices within an affordable range for those looking for quality whimsical fashion!
