Mothman Dress

The Mothman Dress channels a bold, folkloric energy, drawing inspiration from the striking contrast and mystique of the legendary cryptid. With its graphic detailing and layered silhouette, this piece captures the eerie allure of a nighttime creature sighting, balancing dark whimsy with a playful, eye-catching edge.

Designed in a black, grey, and red palette, the dress features a scalloped sweetheart neckline accented with vivid red embroidered circles, creating a striking focal point. Grey zigzag embroidery runs across the bust and skirt, echoing the sharp, angular motifs associated with Mothman imagery. The sleeveless, strapped design keeps the silhouette light and wearable, while adjustable straps at the back allow for a customizable fit.

The outer layer is crafted from a blend of viscose and linen, offering a fluid drape and soft texture. Beneath, a vibrant red longer inner layer creates a dramatic contrast that brings drama to the design. As the skirt swishes and flares, the layered construction adds movement and dimension, with flashes of red amplifying the dress’s dynamic, otherworldly presence.

Please note: The approved sample shown in photos features tie straps that can be styled into bows. For the final production version, the straps will be adjustable (non-tie), and the bow will be fixed in place for consistency and durability.
