Pre-Orders

As a reminder, all standard pre-orders are released with product photos, sizing information, and material information already available. If you still need that information, head over to the product page!

The Starry Night Collection #1 will, as per our last update, be shipping alongside the Starry Night Collection #2 due to fabric printing delays. All Starry Night Jackets and Stardust Backpacks are ready to ship and should have arrived or be en route as of the writing of this newsletter, so if yours has yet to arrive, send us a quick email!

Remember that orders will only ship once every product in the cart is ready to go! Thank you all for a wonderfully successful launch of these gorgeous additions to our catalog.

We're excited to share that the Fall Pumpkin Set (Sage, Almond, Espresso) is partially complete! The Sage Dress and various colors of the Oversized Fall Sweater are ready to go, and have shipped out as of this past week where eligible.

The Almond and Espresso colorways are currently expected to ship within the next two weeks, so keep an eye out!

A reminder that the Fall Pumpkin Short Overalls Dress, released in the Sage colorway on Black Friday, is still on track to ship out in late January - early February of 2025.

The Fall 2024 Mushroom Collection is nearly complete and on track to ship out by January 20th. At this time, we only need the Mushroom Romper, Mushroom Sleeves, and Mushroom Long Dresses to finish production before this collection can be fully released!

Customers may see complete products ship ahead of products still in-production, assuming there are no pre-order products still pending in their order.

The Pie Bags are nearly complete and will be shipping within the next 1-2 weeks. A big thank you to everyone for their patience on this delicious accessory! Please remember that there are two sizes for this product, and ensure that your order contains the right one!

The White Artist Jacket is wrapping up production and will be shipping by a slightly pushed back date of January 20th! The Dark-Mode Variant will, as mentioned in our last update, be shipping in March, after the upcoming Chinese New Year holidays. 

Timeline:

• Estimated Shipping Date (White Variant): December 31st, 2024 to January 15th, 2025
• Estimated Shipping Date (Dark Mode): February 28th - March 15th, 2025

 

 

The Jam Sweaters are coming along very nicely! Final Samples for the different variant colors have arrived, and pictures and listings will go up by January 15th. For customers who’ve requested a change to a different variant, your requested changes will go through once these new listings are up and running.

The original Strawberry Jam Sweater (Long) is wrapping up production and will be ready to ship by mid-January-- if this is you, you can expect to see a shipping notice within 1-2 weeks!

A reminder that the short-version of the sweater is available for pre-order now, and customers are welcome to change their order to this variant until January 10th, 2025. Don’t miss your chance to make the switch cost-free!

The Lacebound Set is on track with its original pre-order shipping time and will be shipping out in mid-late January of 2025. Thanks once again for all of the support this past Black Friday, and a special thanks to our collaborator, Karrigan Taylor!

The Winter's Kiss Dress (and associated Bordeaux Shrug) are now estimated to begin production in early January, and ship out in mid-March 2025!

Pre-Sample Pre-Orders (PSPOs)

The Moth Cardigan production is going smoothly, and nearly all variants are now in-production as expected. Sizing charts have been made available since as early as the middle of December, but please note that size changes may not be accommodated in the case of the desired size being out of stock. 

A restock will occur for all Moth Cardigans that have sold out or are very close it, starting in March with the goal being to have every Moth Cardigan restocked by April-May this year.

Remember that our orders will only ship once every product in the cart is ready to go!

The Woodland Shorts’ latest sample has arrived, and it needs some work.

Thus far each of our samples have been rather disappointing to us, and undoubtedly the sampling process has been draining on our eager customers as well. 

With the Chinese New Year holidays coming up and another projected 2-3 samples required for this challenging piece, we will be extending the shipping date for this product considerably, to April 5th, 2025, with the expectation that we will not need to send out another extension notice for this piece.

We acknowledge that this is disappointing news, and truly appreciate your understanding. If this extension is too long to feel comfortable waiting for, please send us an email and we’d be happy to process any cancellations or refunds quickly and painlessly.

We apologize sincerely for the inconvenience– once this product is brought to life, we’re sure it will have been worth the wait.

The Bee Swimsuit and Cover Up is on track, slowly but surely. The body of the swimsuit and cover-up are complete, and their final samples have come along swimmingly. We’re making steady progress for the bow and cuffs, and appreciate your patience.

The Shark Bite Jacket & Tech Pants are still a ways away! Since the PSPO release, this set's Estimated Shipping Date has been set for Spring 2025 due to its complex design. While you'll still be waiting at least four-five months, you can rest assured that you'll be informed of each step until it's finally FINished.

...We'll let ourselves out.

The Honey Bee Dress (Short)'s final sample is complete and sizing has been released! Thank you all for your patience, and our estimated shipping date stands at April 5th, 2025 for now.

The Honey Bee Summer Gown’s updates have been pushed back on account of the Chinese New Year Holidays. That said, we still have every expectation that this product will be ready to ship for our new goal of April 5th, 2025 with time to spare!

For the time being, we’ll continue our work behind the scenes. We look forward to sending this piece your way and appreciate your continued patience.

The Cottage Jumperskirt photos and sizing have been released and are available now! If you need to change your size, please let us know and we’ll get any changes needed applied to your order right away.

Due to the Chinese New Year Holiday, this product is now estimated to ship in March! Customers will have until January 19th to proceed with a cost-free cancellation for their Cottage Jumperskirt orders. Any cancellation requests from the 20th on will incur a 15% pre-order cancellation fee.

The Goth Swimsuit + Swim Skirt Set’s latest sample has made good progress, but is unfortunately not where it needs to be for release. The Cropped Moth Jacket sample is nearly complete should be en route to us shortly after the writing of this Newsletter. We will have a sample in-hand and be able to determine if revisions will be required by the 25th of January.

That said, we unfortunately did not account for the Chinese New Years' holidays during our last timeline extension, and will need to push the shipping date three weeks out to mid-March, 2025.

The Moth Dresses (Spanish Moon & Mothman) are currently mostly on track, with minor extensions to expected timelines due to us not accounting for the Chinese New Years' holidays during our last update. Product pictures, sizing charts, and material information will be released in mid-late February, with a new esimtated shipping date pushed three weeks out to mid-March, 2025.
