Production on the Bakery Collection continues, with just a few designs left on the docket.

The Tea & Roses Sweater and Layered Skirt Set has continued production since the end of Chinese New Year break. The set is currently at the embroidery phase, though a bit further back in the embroidery factory's queue than we last thought. As construction cannot continue until embroidery is complete, we will be adjusting the estimated shipping date range slightly to account for this.
For those of you who missed the pre-order, extra stock has been ordered and will be available for sale after pre-order fulfillment! Thank you for your interest and support!

The Damask Mushroom Top & Skirt Sets are the newest Pre-Orders launched, and are already in production! As such, these pieces have a limited number available, and stock is subject to selling out. These outfits are part of our push to have more wearable designs in addition to the more ambitious projects we develop.
The Skirts are on schedule, but we've since learned the custom zippers we ordered for the Tops have not come in yet, and we are waiting for an update regarding when those zippers will arrive. Once we have an update, we will have a more solid grasp of the timeline, but for now we will tentatively set the Damask Mushroom Tops estimated shipping date range at late April.

The Final Approved Sample of the Honey Bee Summer Gown
The Honey Bee Summer Gown production continues, though our manufacturing partner discovered a portion of the fabric suffered a misprint. They have since ordered and received replacement fabric, but this will delay fulfillment roughly a week or so. As such, the ESD range has been adjusted accordingly.

Official Product Photography of the Aurora Borealis Suit Vest and Jacket
The Aurora Borealis Jacket, Vest, and Tie have been approved and product photos/size charts uploaded to the listings! More photos can be seen on the listing page.
We ended up waiting a bit longer to open a 2 Week Pre-Order Window-- for good reason! We were able to finalize the designs of the Aurora Suit Set Pants and Button Down Shirt, and are happy to announce they will be available for pre-order during the 2 Week Pre-Order Window. The Pants and Button Down Shirt will each be available in their own separate listings.
Speaking of, the Aurora Borealis Suit Set is officially moving to a Standard Pre-Order Window on Wednesday, March 18th, and close on April 1st. Production will begin shortly after the Pre-Order ends. We will be sending out a MochiPing to let buyers know to confirm their size and make any necessary address updates, so please be on the look out for that email!

The Final Approved Sample of the Death's Head Cropped Moth Jacket
The Death’s Head Moth Cropped Jacket has resumed production at the embroidery factory, and is set to finish that step in roughly two weeks. From there, assembly will begin.
As with the Woodland Shorts and Honey Bee Summer Gown, if your order includes any of the Moth Cropped Jackets and other items that are ready to ship, let us know! We’ll send the available items separately at no extra charge.

Pre-Sample Pre-Orders (PSPOs)
The Peacock Moth and Mothman Cropped Jackets
We have reviewed the first Mothman Cropped Jacket sample, and have determined changes will be needed for the printing technique as well as the bottom zigzag color, which is currently leaning a bit green. We will also be changing the buttons to red for the next sample, which should finish and ship to us next week.
As with the previous projects, we welcome customers to reach out and let us know if the rest of your order has been waiting on this PSPO, and we would be happy to ship your items in advance of these jackets at no additional cost.

The Peacock Moth Cropped Jacket Concept Art
The Peacock Moth Cropped Jacket has now been split into its own section to account for the difference in development timeline. The completion of this project's sample is top priority now that our production partner has returned from holiday.
While a late May delivery is still possible for this project, the print factory handling this jacket's printing has historically caused delays for us. To set expectations for that possibility, we have lengthened the Estimated Shipping Date range, while continuing to communicate our timeline goals to our production partners.
As with the previous projects, we welcome customers to reach out and let us know if the rest of your order has been waiting on this PSPO, and we would be happy to ship your items in advance of these jackets at no additional cost.

The Spanish Moon Moth Dress’ most recent sample is very promising, and we believe one more sample will get us across the finish line. We have submitted the requested changes to aim for a knee length fit, and are also changing the spots on the bottom section and neckline to a lighter shade to more closely match the sketch.
Production of the latest sample is in progress, and the embroidery factory is currently troubleshooting some quality issues with the embroidery and translucent fabric overlay.

The Mothman Dress' newest sample is currently in progress, and we hope to have it sent to us before next newsletter.
We have since changed the fabric to that of the Honey Bee Summer Gown (85% Rayon, 15% Linen), as we've already tested this fabric and know it to be high quality, a good texture and drape, and ideal for printed patterns.

The newest Plague Doctor Dress sample has been reviewed, and is much closer to approval now! The twill fabric chosen for the overdress gives the piece the structure lacking in the previous sample and the new faux leather fabric feels much higher quality.
For the next and likely final sample, we will be lightening the color of certain embroidery details to provide better contrast, adding stitching details to the faux leather adornments for a more stylish look, and changing the construction of the Plague Doctor Mask.
The Plague Doctor Dress, and the other designs that utilize a Plague Doctor Mask, are an incredibly ambitious style, working with details that are all new to us. As such, to ensure we deliver a final product that will meet expectations, the new Estimated Shipping Date range spans a longer time frame that the other PSPOs. Please feel free to contact us if ever this timeline does not work for you.
