It's been a crazy couple of weeks following our hiatus, and we're still cleaning up our inbox and trying to make sure we get back to everyone who's reached out this month. Thanks so much to everybody for your patience thus far. 

We've managed to get a pretty impressive number of orders sent out in the last week, and we know that some of you waiting on certain Back-Order cardigans may not have your tracking numbers quite yet-- we're working on it, and they will be with you very soon. 

Another reminder that we have a new support email address:  "support@mochipan.com". As of April 1st, the "mochipanofficial@gmail.com" will not be monitored. Please keep this in mind and contact our new inbox so we can get you the assistance you need as soon as possible!

Pre-Orders

The Starry Night Collection now only has two pieces that may have yet to ship. They are:

• Stardust Strapped Dress
• Starry Night Dress

Both of the above pieces have been affected by shorted shipments, meaning while about 80% of the above pieces have made it to their homes safe and sound, the remainder will need to wait until the new timelines before shipment.

We've tried to make sure all affected customers have been contacted-- however, if you've been affected by a Stardust Strapped Dress or Starry Night Dress that have yet to ship, let us know and we'll provide some resolutions to make this situation right for you as soon as we're bale.

The Artist Jacket's first batch has been shipped in full, and their roaring popularity has made us open up a second pre-order.

Moving forward, all mentions of the Dark-Mode Artist Jacket in this update newsletter will be referring to the second pre-order. 

If you ordered a first-batch Artist Jacket, black or white, and haven't received it yet, contact us and let us know!

Remember! If your order contains other pending pre-order items, it's likely waiting on those before it can ship.

Pre-Sample Pre-Orders (PSPOs)

In Moth Cardigan news: 

All orders involving Moth Cardigans faced a brief technical delay between March 24th and March 27th due to issues with our fulfillment system. They are now back on-track, which means that if you've ordered one of the following Moth Cardigan Variants, they've either shipped out by now -or- will have shipped out to you by April 3rd, 2025:

Delayed Moth Cardigan Variants - Color Corrected OG + Cecropia, Magpie Crow

Three Moth Cardigan variants have seen delays beyond their initial estimated shipping dates. Below are their current estimated shipping dates for your ease of reference: 

• Color Corrected OG Moth Cardigan: April 10th - 20th
• Magpie Crow Butterfly Cardigan (Shorted): April 25th - May 15th
• Color-Corrected Cecropia Moth Cardigan: April 30th - May 20th

Final Batch Moth Cardigans

The following Moth Cardigan variants represent the last four designs of the Moth Cardigan project to see completion.

Their current estimated shipping time is late-April, 2025. However, as they are four distinct designs, some may end up trailing behind others by a couple of weeks based on the rate of production at our manufacturers'.

Remember that our orders will only ship once every product in the cart is ready to go! You can have some pieces sent ahead of others for a reduced international flat rate of $19.99USD per additional parcel. 

It's no secret that the Woodland Shorts have seen some extensive delays. At this time, we're still wrestling with our manufacturer to make this a project a priority over others. 

At this time, a new sample is en route and we're hoping it's exactly what wer're looking for-- but we don't necessarily expect it. We've left a wide berth and should have several chances to nail the final design before shipping in June, 2025.

The Bee Swimsuit has shipped-- or rather, only the Bee Swimsuit has shipped. We're currently awaiting the cover-up, cuffs, and wings which are still in production. 

As such, if you ordered only the swimsuit, you should be getting them within the next 2-3 weeks! For customers who ordered the full set, we won't have more definitive information until the next update on April 13th. We do apologize for the delay on the coverup, and hope we can come back next week with only good news.

The Shark Bite Jacket & Tech Pants are FINally making headway! We expect to see a first sample by April 10th, which will likely be featured on our socials for mid-late April. 

The final shipping date rests at Late-May to June for now. Thank you to everyone for your continued patience and supprot!

The Honey Bee Dress (Short) has shipped to our warehouse and should be ready-to-ship very soon! We just want to make sure we can account for any last-minute delay, and will be extending the ship-by date April 10th.

The Honey Bee Summer Gown will have it's final sample reviewed within the next few days-- and if all is good, we will move directly into production. Our goal is for our manufacturers to fully prioritize this piece given it's delays-- however, the final date of shipping will come down to how quickly our manufacturers are able to produce the pieces.

To ensure that we can keep expectations reasonable, this product's ship-by-date will be bumped up two weeks. We understand that this product was not meant to see additional delays, and apologize sincerely for the inconvenience.

We appreciate your patience and understanding-- and please know that if this delay is too long, we're more than happy to cancel and refund your order at your request. Thank you for your understanding and support!

The Cottage Jumperskirt, Green has shipped out! This means that only the Wine variant remains in pre-order and is estimated to ship in the next 3-4 weeks' time.

The Goth Swimsuit + Swim Skirt Set has been pushed back one month on account of issues with our current manufacturer. We are aiming to have the set ready-to-go and shipped before summertime, in May 2025.

As a challenging piece with a strong theme and look, we're aiming to take as much time as needed to make this piece perfect. As such, please reach out if these recent delays are simply too long for you and we'd be happy to promptly refund your order.

The Glorp Cat Cropped Jacket and Skirt has done astronomically in early sales! Thanks so much for everyone who's bought in early for the love and support. 

As per the product listing, this is an extremely early-phase product. It's going to be challenging and time-consuming throughout the sampling and production process and will take minimum six months to finish production.

As the product listing says: Please only purchase this one if you're willing to wait a long time; We are in the business of breaking molds-- not breaking hearts! 

Please note that we expect this product to be ready-to-ship for November-December, but cannot make guarantees at this stage!
