August is upon us! We hope you're keeping cool this summer-- or keeping warm for those of you in the Southern hemisphere!
Today we're bringing you Pre-Order Update #23, which is a mixed bag of mostly on-track, and a small number of last-minute hiccups on products.
The Gingham Swimsuit Sets are either shipped or shipping now, and tracking numbers for any orders not yet fulfilled should be available by this coming Wednesday-- and Monarch & Spanish Moon Moth Cardigans are now en route to our warehouse and should be ready to ship by the end of the coming week.
We've also been made aware of lower-than-usual product quality on a number of Carmine Rose & Dusty Peony Dresses! If your order has arrived with incomplete stitching or similar manufacturing defects, please let us know! We'll be reaching out to all customers regarding this incident over the next week.
Other projects' timelines are staying mostly static, with few updates on some of our longer-awaited PSPOs available at this time as we're pending the latest updates from our manufacturing partners.
Emperor Gum Moth Cardigans are now shipping, but have taken longer to fulfill compared to our initial estimates by one week. Last tracking numbers should now be available by August 5th, with most of these orders in-transit and arriving soon.
Finally, Flannel Moth Cardigans have seen a considerable last-minute delay due to the promotional Flannel Moth Enamel Pins not yet being complete.
While the Flannel Moth Cardigan itself is complete and at our warehouse, we will have to delay shipment until pins are complete and with us.
As soon as we have a timeline for the Flannel Moth Pins, we will send out an email notice to all customers who have purchased this Cardigan to let you know!

Pre-Orders
The Rococo Swimwear Collection has largely entered production as of two weeks ago, and is currently in production!
As these sets are more complex than previous swimwear models, we expect they will take until mid-September as per our previous updates. With that being said, some pieces that are exceptionally complex may take until late-September or even early October prior to shipping.

The Shark Bite Set's first showable samples have been released! Check out the review sample video here.

We've just received some photos of the latest finished samples from our manufacturer, and while progress is coming along nicely, we don't expect that this piece is progressing fast enough to be complete before the end of the summer.
As such, we are setting the Shark Bite Set as a Halloween release, estimated to ship between October 15th and 30th, and truly appreciate your patience in awaiting the completion of this long-awaited PSPO.

The Honey Bee Summer Gown has not seen major progress since its last update, having seen some, but little progress compared to other pre-orders.
We do apologize sincerely, as this piece remains one of our longest-awaited Pre-Orders, and your support and understanding of our commitment to the best product possible has been amazing. The Goth Swimsuit + Swim Skirt Set's samples are flying back and forth from our warehouse to our design team, as we're hard at work to get this swimsuit finished as quickly as we can!
The last set of samples-- which we'd hoped to be the last ones-- still needed more work. The overall fit and shape of the designs is coming along, and we'll be releasing production photos as early as next update.
Unfortunately, production is not likely to begin until late August at the earliest-- even with this whirlwind of iterative sampling-- and as such we expect this piece will need to ship in October, closer to Spooky Season.
We acknowledge the delays on these pieces, and want to make sure that everyone who has waited so long for this piece feels satisfied and rewarded for their wait.
