Halloween has come and gone, and we're racing towards the Holiday Season! we hope you're having an awesome November so far, and we're excited to bring you Pre-Order Update Newsletter #30, containing all of the latest news on pre-orders and PSPOs.

Continuing on from our last update, Artist Jackets (Round #2) and the Rococo Swimwear Collection have now all shipped out!

We'll be double-checking our orders to ensure that all orders have shipped over the next week-- however, if your order hasn't been shipped out yet, feel free to contact us so we can investigate together!

In other news, the Butter Collection and the Lipedema Awareness Collection have both shipped out as well, and the pieces should be arriving soon if they're not already with you.

Lastly, the Shark Bite Set has entered it's Official Pre-Order, which will continue on until November 20th, 2025. From there, the product is expected to ship out January 20th, 2026.

Production on the Bakery Collection continues along its last provided timeline, estimated to ship out by December 15th, 2025.

Some pieces may finish sooner than others-- and when that information is concrete, we will split up this listing to provide separate timelines for various pieces.

The Layered Butter Skirt is the last piece of the Butter Collection, estimated to ship November 30th, 2025.

For customers still waiting on this one piece for the rest of their order to ship, we're offering discounted split-shipping at $17.99 USD down from $26.99 USD if you'd like to get your hands on your ready-to-ship items before U.S. Thanksgiving.

The Strawberry Milk Collection's final estimated shipping date has been pushed back to November 30th, 2025 to account for delays with the Strawberry Milk Layered Skirt. 

Any ready-to-ship pieces will be sent out as soon as they're ready, and customers can expect to start seeing shipments as early as November 15th-- however, please note that the Layered Skirt will see longer-than-usual production times, and the timeline has been shifted to acommodate.

The Goth Swimsuit + Swim Skirt Set continues production, but is looking to go beyond our original six-week production estimate due to the complexity of the design.

As such, we unfortunately won't be able to ensure these pieces arrive for the winter-holidays, but don't expect production to reach all the way into 2026.

The Fleur Dress in Golden Harvest is on track to ship within three weeks.

The Shark Bite Set is now in its official Pre-Order Phase, and an official sizing chart is now available! Here's what to expect: 

• The Shark Bite Set will be available for purchase until November 20th, 2025. 
• From there, the pre-order phase will close and the Shark Bite Set will no longer be available for purchase until a future restock. 
• Customers can cancel their orders without cost until November 25th, 2025. After that date, a standard 15% Pre-Order Cancellation Fee will apply to future cancellations. 
  

To account for holiday order volumes and production sequencing, we are setting the estimated shipping date for the Shark Bite Set to January 20th, 2026.

Pre-Sample Pre-Orders (PSPOs)

 

 

The Woodland Shorts continue their production, and they're looking great! The next sample has been tentatively approved for fit, and the embroidery has been adjusted to pop better. 

Denim is complicated, especially when we want to make sure the cut and fit are just right-- but we're close, and believe production should be able to start in the next few weeks.

We'll keep the shipping timeline static for the time being, but want to advise that it might be adjusted slightly to account for holiday production limitations.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver a piece that meets your expectations.

The Honey Bee Summer Gown is making progress, but has seen a bottleneck due to deadline issues with one of our manufacturing partners.

We apologize sincerely for the lack of more tangible progress, and want to assure all customers that we're applying the necessary pressure for as speedy a release as possible. Thank you all so much for your patience, and we're always here to provide more information at request at support@mochipan.com. 

New information:

Due to the limitations of printing complex patterns onto linen, the wing-detailed bow is taking longer than anticipated, holding up completion of the final sample. We're now just wrapping up addressing this issue, and should be able to finish up a final sample for next update.

From there, we will determine how quickly we can begin production, and zero in on a shipping estimate with production estimates in mind.

The Latest Sample of the Death's Head Cropped Moth Jacket - Buttons Attached

The Cropped Moth Jackets continue making steady progress. Here's the latest news:

The Death's Head Moth Cropped Jacket's next sample has been finished! The fit is good, the shape is good, and the printing/embroidery is just where we want it to be.

That said, we are changing the fabric for this jacket to see which option will best suit the needs of this piece! The latest product sample was made with a somewhat shiny, "cooling" material-- so we're making a version in the faux-suedelike fabric of the Starry Night Jacket for a cozier, warmer feel. 

As every other aspect of the design has been approved, the final sample coming in will represent the finished piece for the Death's Head Cropped Jacket, and production would begin by end-of-November, 2025. 

Please note that we may release styles asynchronously as they’re ready to avoid holding back completed designs.

We’re rushing forward with the next sample for the Moth Dresses, but are facing issues with moving timelines for the first sample. 

We understand that this style has faced a number of extensive delays already, and we're so excited to finally receive the next sample in late November. That being said, we want to be realistic with where the piece is in production, and have moved the estimated to just before Lunar New Year Holidays, February 15th, 2026.

If your order is only waiting on the Moth Dresses, please reach out—we’re happy to ship the rest of your order now at no extra cost as a thank-you for your understanding.

The last sample for the Love-Me Dress has been reviewed in full, and it's looking fantastic! 

While we can't share a photo for that latest piece yet, it's given us some optimistic insight into the next sample, which we believe will be the final sample for this variant.

We've been alerted to issues of complexity-of-design, which will result in significantly longer manufacturing period. Taking into account the winter holidays, and the Lunar New Year Holidays of 2026, we've deemed that a release date of Valentines' Day 2026 will not be as feasible as we initially hoped. 

The timeline has been shifted again for this Pre-Sample Pre-Order, to March 20th, 2026. Please continue to monitor our updates, and let us know if the timeline doesn't work for you moving forward. We're always happy to help at support@mochipan.com.

The Love-Me-Not Dress is a variant of the Love-Me Dress, and shares the same level of intricate design and construction. 

As it is following closely behind the first version in development, we’ve made the decision to align its timeline with the updated schedule of the Love-Me set, which means that its timeline has shifted as well this time around.

All updates and progress will continue to be shared separately in case timelines end up shifting, but we’re now targeting the same shipping window to ensure both pieces are delivered with the quality and care they deserve.

The Glorp Cat Cropped Jacket and Skirt Set has begun early sampling, with the first Skirt Sample available for viewing below: 


As this piece is set a bit further away than some of our other projects, progress will be slow-- however, this first piece is showing great promise, and we're excited to keep providing more updates as they become available.

With the jacket sample on its way soon, we currently have no reason to expect that the Glorp Cat Set will not reach its current shipping estimate of March 20th, 2026.

We've gotten a look under the hood of the next sample of the Plague Doctor Dress, and here's the latest news and insights:

• We've seen a few of the embroidered panels for this complex piece, and the sample is now under sewing. 
• The sewing of this piece is complicated and slow, meaning a first sample is taking longer than anticipated and may not be available for our review until November 20th.

As we're starting to get into a rhythm with our new manufacturing partners (in particular how long our complicated 2025 Pre-Sample Pre-Orders are taking to sample,) we are going to be pushing this PSPO further, to early-mid Spring.

We’re excited to share that patterning and sampling for the Aurora Borealis Masc Set have officially begun!

This dashing, celestial-inspired set is now in its first active development phase, and we’re eager to see how the initial samples turn out.

As expected, this is a complex project with a long production timeline, but we’re on track and moving forward with confidence. The first sample, is still on track for late-November, and should help us address the first crop of production-related queries.
