Spooky Season is ramping up as we approach Halloween 2025, just a few weeks away! This Sunday, we're bringing you Newsletter #28, and are happy to report that we're mostly on track leading up to the holiday season, just two short months away! Notably, the Bakery Collection will be seeing a small push back.

Monarch Cardigans (Pre-Order, Round #3) have now shipped and the Goth Swimsuit & Swim Skirt Set is still in pre-order for a few more days! 

The remaining Rococo Swimwear Sets are shipping out within the next week, with the Grand Ball One Piece to be the final swimsuit shipping out.  Artist Jackets are 60% shipped out, and the remaining pieces should ship out by the end of the coming week!

Lastly, the Shark Bite Set is rapidly approaching a final sample and bulk production, so keep your eyes peeled over the next few weeks for crucial updates.

Production on the Bakery Collection is well underway, but we want to share an important update regarding the timeline!

Due to delays in production timelines (especially during this busy season with Black Friday/Cyber Monday,) as well as the complexity and breadth of pieces, the shipping date has been pushed back slightly.

We know this is disappointing news, and we truly appreciate your continued patience and support for this collection. We’re working closely with our partners to ensure every item meets the quality you expect, and we’ll be keeping you updated each step of the way.

The Goth Swimsuit + Swim Skirt Set is still in its official Pre-Order phase—and the window to join is closing soon! Pre-Orders will end in just two days, on October 15th, 2025.

Everything is moving smoothly in production, and we’re so happy to see this long-awaited piece coming together. As a precaution to ensure smooth fulfillment, we’ve pushed the estimated shipping date back by 10 days to build in extra buffer time—better to deliver on time than to rush.

Pre-Sample Pre-Orders (PSPOs)

 

 

We're happy to announce that the Woodland Shorts are making some real headway! 

After many rounds of sampling and adjustments, we’re now zeroing in on just one or two final iterations to perfect leg length and minor fit details. This piece has become a top priority for our team, and we’re pushing hard to bring it over the finish line.

To ensure we don’t face repeated timeline shifts later, we’re updating the shipping estimate now as a buffer. While we know delays are never ideal, we believe one clear extension is better than multiple small ones down the road.

Though we can never predict what the future may hold, our hopes are to no longer need to extend this long-awaited piece's timelines any further.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver a piece that meets your expectations.

The latest product sample for the Shark Bite Set - not final

The Shark Bite Set is moving closer to production! 

As soon as the final sample is approved—which we're working hard to finalize—production will officially begin. Please note that the Pre-Order Phase will only open once sizing charts and final product sample photos are published and sent out to our mailing list!

We’ll send out an email notice as soon as the Shark Bite Set enters its official Pre-Order phase, so keep an eye on your inbox if you’ve been waiting for updates!

The Honey Bee Summer Gown is continuing to face extended timelines for the following reasons: 

• Fabric issues: The fabric chosen for this time around is a linen-blend, which aligns with our goal of making this from a natural fiber. Unfortunately, this particular fabric is too scratchy for a swishy sundress, and we're switching it out for a softer alternative. 
  
  
• Bee-Wing Bow: We are changing a design decision in order to bring the design more in line with the original concept art. The back-ties/bow was originally intended with a bee-wing motif in mind, but ended up not being sampled that way initially due to production constraints. As we believe this detail is now very much possible, and the product is looking at a new sample anyway, we will take extra time and resources to correct this detail for the final piece. 
  

New information:

We're still awaiting the next sample for the Honey Bee Summer Gown before confirming whether it will ship in December or January. For now, we'll be keeping the shipping estimate at December 15th, 2025, while we work through the latest sample and fabric adjustments.

The Latest Sample of the Death's Head Cropped Moth Jacket - Buttons Attached

The Cropped Moth Jackets have seen a new sample, which is getting closer to a workable sample each day. Though this is still not the final piece, we now have a secure base from which we can work out additional details of fit and feel. 

In the latest news, the Cropped Moth Jackets are progressing steadily and remain on track since our last update! The Death's Head variant continues to move forward with strong momentum, and we’re confident in the current direction of the design and fit.

As previously noted, final samples for the Peacock and Mothman variants are still in development, and we’re working to ensure all versions meet our quality standards. 

While the full collection is now expected to ship in 2026, we may release styles asynchronously as they’re ready to avoid holding back completed designs.

As with other multi-variant designs, the Spanish Moon Moth Dress and Mothman Dress may be released separately to prevent delays from holding up completed styles. Our goal is to get pieces to you as soon as they’re ready.

We’ve received the latest sample for the Love-Me Dress & Corset Belt Set and have shared our Sample Review, which highlights our recent challenges with the design.

As expected, this design remains one of the most intricate we’ve ever developed-- and after careful evaluation, we’ve identified areas that need refinement to match the original vision.

Given the complexity and the need for additional sampling, we’ve made the decision to update the timeline to ensure we deliver a piece that’s truly special. The new estimated shipping date is now February 14th, 2026 (Valentine’s Day) so it arrives with the care and intention it deserves.

We deeply appreciate your patience and excitement for this set. We’re committed to getting it right.

All updates and progress will continue to be shared separately in case timelines end up shifting, but we’re now targeting the same Valentine’s Day shipping window to ensure both pieces are delivered with the quality and care they deserve.

As this piece is set a bit further away than some of our other projects, progress will be slow-- however, this first piece is showing great promise, and we're excited to keep providing more updates as they become available.

To reflect the realistic pace of production and sampling based on early progress, we’re extending the estimated shipping date slightly. This allows us room to perfect both the jacket and skirt without rushing the process.

As expected, this is a complex project with a long production timeline, but we’re on track and moving forward with confidence. The first sample will help us identify any potential issues early, so we can address them efficiently.
