We're bringing you Pre-Order Update #22-- and we're happy to report that most products remain on track or with only minor delays affecting them due to last-minute issues. 

Several pieces, such as the Carmine Rose Dress and Bee Swimsuit & Cover Up have shipped, but tracking may be delayed until July 22nd for some orders.

Other projects' timelines are staying mostly static, with movement for certain PSPOs to their official pre-order status being a slow and iterative process!

Pre-Orders

The Rococo Swimwear Collection is seeing rapid development and improvements since its migration to our new manufacturing partners!

We have seen improvements in fabric and construction over the past couple of weeks that we're confident will lead to a more comfortable, wearable garment while retaining the look and silhouette of prior samples. 

We don't believe the next round of samples will need much correction if at all-- however, should we need to take some extra steps for a perfect product, one can expect further delays of two weeks down the line.

The Artist Jackets (Pre-Order Round #2) are now closed for pre-order! 

The second round of artist jackets is now in production, with an estimated shipping window officially determined. Thank you to everybody for your patience and support. 

As a final note, extra stock will be added to each size of the Artist Jacket once the restock lands, and a third restock will be considered based on popularity and demand!

The Carmine Rose Dress has begun shipping out, and tracking information should be released by the 22nd! However, the Dusty Peony Dress is lagging about a week behind its crimson counterpart, and the last of the Dusty Peony Dresses should be in-transit by July 27th, with tracking by the 29th!

A big thank you to all early supporters, and we're so excited to ship these out as soon as they're ready.

The Peony "Shirtless Sleeves" Shrug stays on track to be produced at the end of its pre-order period, and is expected to ship in late-Summer, 2025.

As per our last set of updates, the Strawberry Cottage Dress (Pink & Chocolate) has seen a delay due to a label shortage at our manufacturers. New labels are finally going to arrive within the coming week, later than originally expected.

The Moth Bags pre-orders are just around the corner, dropping July 25th at 5:30 Pacific Time!

The pre-order window will only be open for one month! From there, the bags are expected to ship in December, 2025.

The Bee-Kini is officially on our shipping schedule for July-August!

We'd set some extra padding for this piece, and it seems like that was a good idea. The Bee-Kinis took approximately two days longer than expected to complete, and will not be able to arrive until halfway through this coming week. 

As such, we've tightened up last week's shipping date to a smaller shipping range. All customer should receive their tracking numbers via shipping confirmation email by July 29th!

The Strawberry Picnic Bikini is rocking steady with last updates' estimated shipping window, and is on track to be in transit by August 12th. Thank you to everyone for your patience and support!

The Shibuya's Gingham Swimwear has seen more complications than originally intended-- due to a color mishap in late-stage production, the flow of production has gotten just a touch mangled. 

As such, the collection has a series of minor delays-- and we're hard at work to get this collection's shipping windows back on track as soon as possible. In the interim, thank you so much for your patience and support!

Pre-Sample Pre-Orders (PSPOs)

Only two more Moth Cardigans await their first batch fulfillment-- the Emperor Gum Moth Cardigan and the Flannel Moth Cardigan!

The Emperor Gum Moth Cardigan has shipped and en route to our warehouse! Though we've not been able to begin shipping quite yet, we will be able to make sure they're all shipped by the 25th as originally intended. 

All tracking numbers for the Emperor Gum Moth Cardigan will be sent out by July 27th, as long as your order does not contain any pending pre-orders!

The Monarch Cardigan is en route for its second pre-order fulfillment! Meanwhile, the Red Cecropia Moth Cardigans will be ready-to-ship just a week after that, and the Spanish Moon Moth Cardigan will follow one week thereafter.

Yet another sample of the Woodland Shorts is en route-- this one with all of the corrections and adjustments built upon two pretty serviceable samples. 

This sample has taken some time to arrive, and will be with us within approximately five days for review. From there, if the product is ready-to-produce, we will begin production right away to prevent unnecessary delays, and the product will begin it's Pre-Order phase. 

That being said, should these sample not be perfect, we will need another prototype and review step, which could add one month of additional production time. Should this be the case, we will provide the definitive decision in our next pre-order update, but the timeline will need to remain flexible for the time being.

The Shark Bite Set's first showable samples have been released! Check out the review sample video here.

We've requested adjustments with the goal of creating a higher-quality product, and the style is coming along very nicely:

The next round of samples is on the way now, and we've yet to be able to determine it's current status and necessity of additional sample iterations-- but that information should be available in our next PSPO update!

As per our last update, the Honey Bee Summer Gown's fabric has been switched over to a linen-blend which has seen positive reception across our community, pictured above. 

We're in the process of putting this latest sample through the ringer, as changes in fabric has necessitated changes in sewing technique and fit required to make the product as wearable as possible. 

Though we're sure you're tired of seeing timeline extensions on this long-awaited piece, we're so close to perfect-- as such we want to take the extra time for further sampling. We'll be extending this timeline accordingly, and truly appreciate your understanding. 

If this extension does make the timeline too long, we do completely understand. While it's not our attention to keep customers waiting and waiting like this, our goal is for the best possible product, and we're always learning from past delays and mistakes.

The Goth Swimsuit + Swim Skirt Set's working sample is now en route for its final review tweaks before production can begin! 

The Small-Size Sample is being reviewed and looks good-- and we'll be receiving the XL sample shortly thereafter. This product has taken such a long time already, that we want to make sure every step is done well and not rushed to ensure that the most patient folks who have waited over a year now can feel genuinely good about the final product they receive.

Early Sample of the Spanish Moon Moth Cropped Jacket - A good start, but more work to be done.

In our last update, we mentioned that the Cropped Moth Jackets had seen a considerable backslide in development-- but only as we'd migrated the project to our new, dedicated manufacturing partners. 

Since this change, we've seen a higher pace of progression behind the scenes, and this piece is one of our highest priority projects with out new manufacturers. We're hoping to get some progress photos for the next update, and will continue to provide insights as continue to gather information for our wonderful and patient fans. 

If you have questions in the meantime, just let us know-- and we cannot stress enough how excited we are to roll out new samples as soon as we can.

The Moth Dresses (Spanish Moon & Mothman) are still under review, but have yet to have their samples showcased nor feedback finalized. 

We apologize for not having more to share on this project this update-- as numerous projects are moving all at the same time, it looks like this one's simply seen less progress in the past couple of weeks. That being said, we will aim to get some physical samples shown by our next update, and truly appreciate your patience. 

We're dedicated to your comfort throughout the Pre-Sample Pre-Order process, and want to provide support every step of the way should any customers be feeling less enthusiastic about the design after giving it some time.

The Love Me - Love Me Not Dress & Corset Belt Set rests at its estimated shipping date of October 2025. Its earliest sample can be seen above, and has proven a great first sample!

As per the product listing, this is an early-phase product. It's going to be challenging and time-consuming throughout the sampling and production process and will take a minimum of three more months to finish production.

The Glorp Cat Cropped Jacket and Skirt is going strong! Thanks so much to everyone who bought in early for the love and support. 

As per the product listing, this is an extremely early-phase product. It's going to be challenging and time-consuming throughout the sampling and production process and will take a minimum of six months to finish production.

As the product listing says: Please only purchase this one if you're willing to wait a long time; We are in the business of breaking molds-- not breaking hearts!

The Apothecary Dress Set is seeing early constructions, but nothing we're able to show quite yet!

As it's behind four other new designs in line, it has a wait time of 8 months minimum, and should arrive by Spring of 2026. Pre-Sample Pre-Orders are generally going to take the larger part of a year from launch to produce, so please keep that in mind when placing an order!
