Happy Summer!

We're bringing you our latest Pre-Order Newsletter, Issue #20, with some changes in the last-released shipping schedule, as well as some narrower date ranges for pieces on the horizon. 

Notably, the Bee Swimsuit and Stardust Pajama Set are currently behind schedule, and their new timelines will be provided in their respective sections below.

Additionally, several orders that include the following pieces are facing longer-than-expected processing times due to a series of logistical issues-- thanks so much for your patience should your order be among the affected:

• Color-Corrected OG Moth Cardigan

We are aiming to have all of these issues ironed out, and all viable orders containing the above four items, and not waiting on other pre-orders, should be shipped out and squared away by the end of the week.

Excluding the above mentioned pieces, fulfillment remains roughly on-track as per our last released shipping schedule. We've added some more upcoming pieces to this shipping schedule!

Pre-Orders

The Rococo Swimwear Collection remains on track for the last-updated shipping estimate of August, 2025.

We do not expect further delays beyond this point, and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.

The Artist Jackets (Pre-Order Round #2) are now closed for pre-order! 

We are taking some extra time reviewing this batch's production documentation to make sure everything is in order. As such, we've bumped the estimated shipping window up by two weeks to account for this extra step.

Approximately 50% of the Garden Overalls orders have now shipped! Unfortunately, due to aforementioned logistical issues, the remaining pieces are pending final shipment at our warehouse. 

Our goal is to address and resolve all of these affected orders by next Monday at the latest! As such, we'll set a final timeline for all remaining orders at June 30th, 2025.

The Stardust Pajama Set shipment has seen some extensive delays compared to its Higanbana counterpart, and is finally looking to get resolved soon.

Due to organizational and communicative challenges between ourselves and our partners, these pieces have seen over two weeks of delay from their scheduled shipping time frame-- and for that, we apologize sincerely. 

We expect all pieces to be shipped out by June 30th-- however, to avoid any disappointment from any delays moving forward, we will be widening that range up to July 5th. 

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding, and we look forward to shipping these gorgeous pajamas out as soon as we can.

The Strawberry Cottage Dress (Pink & Chocolate) is now on our shipping schedule, and should ship within the next month! 

A huge shoutout to supporters from when this product was first drafted, years ago! We're so excited to roll out this legacy Mochipan piece.

The Mushroom Skirt will be facing some very brief delays due to organizational issues by our manufacturer. This will only be a 5-10 day delay, and the skirts should still ship well before the end of July.

The Moth Bags pre-order will be opened on July 25th, 2025! From there, pre-orders will be open for an extended period of one month!

The Flannel Moth Cardigans remain mostly on track, and are seeing a one-week push in its timeline to better accommodate the various steps in order processing.

As the very last of our Moth Cardigan collection, we're looking forward to releasing this final piece in approximately 3-4 weeks!

Pre-Order #2 and Red Cecropia Moth Cardigan

The Monarch & Spanish Moon Moth Cardigans' second pre-orders have closed, production is now underway!

The Red Cecropia Moth Cardigans are seeing some issues pre-production, but will begin production in the next week.

Remember that our orders will only ship once every product in the cart is ready to go! You can have some pieces sent ahead of others for a reduced international flat rate of $26.99USD per additional parcel.

The Woodland Shorts' latest sample proved to require further iterations, and as such, an all-new sample is on the way with additional improvements in:

• Wearability & Fit
• Silhouette & Aesthetic
• Pattern Positioning

As a new sample has been made necessary, we will unfortunately have to push the timeline back further to accommodate the extra steps. We'll be giving the project a wide berth, and tightening up the window should we make quick and easy progress in the next few steps.

The Bee Swimsuit Coverup completion date has been pushed back once again by our manufacturer. We apologize sincerely for these delays, and understand that back-to-back delays such as this can be disheartening and frustrating for all parties involved. 

We have received dedicated confirmation that these coverups (and therefore, the swimsuit sets,) will be ready-to-ship by early July, 2025. As such, we'll be setting our shipping timeframe closer that that range to better set expectations. 

Should the extensions be getting too long for comfort, we are happy to accommodate any cancellations and refunds requested for your order-- and truly appreciate the trust and commitment you've provided to this long-awaited project thus far.

The Shark Bite Set's first showable samples have been released! Check out the review sample video here.

It's a great start, but we're notably behind schedule given our intended release of late-July, 2025. This piece will likely require two more iterations to achieve a final sample-- and as such, we've extended the product's estimated shipping window to August, 2025.

Once our next sample is released, we'll provide additional information here!

The Honey Bee Summer Gown's final working sample has been reviewed, and some minor tweaks will be needed before production can begin. You can see the sample review video over on IG!

Due to a large number of customer requests, we are doing one last sample, made of a linen blend, to appeal to our community's desire to wear more natural fibers. As such, the dress has unfortunately been pushed back another month. 

We understand that this may be very disappointing to some, especially given the product's long-standing production time already.

We want to emphasize that our goal is to create the best possible product for you, our valued customers-- and if you find yourself no longer willing to wait on this pre-order product, we're more than happy to issue cancellations and refunds to prevent further negative experiences.

The Goth Swimsuit + Swim Skirt Set's working sample is now en route for its final review tweaks before production can begin! 

At this time, there should be no more issues that will require a new iteration, meaning a shipping window of August 2025 is nearly set in stone. That being said, please note that should the design team discover any issues at this step, we will not be moving forward until those issues can be properly addressed, as our goal is to create a quality garment-- no matter how long it may take.

Early Sample of the Spanish Moon Moth Cropped Jacket - A good start, but more work to be done.

 
The Cropped Moth Jacket's first showable is finished! The sample still needs quite a bit of work, with progress continuing to be made, and the latest sample currently under review.

Please note that the image above is an early prototype and will not necessarily represent the final piece. All Cropped Moth Jacket variants will share the same shape and cut, so this latest sample will still apply to the Death's Head, Mothman & Peacock variants.

The Moth Dresses (Spanish Moon & Mothman) now have some showable samples under review! We'll be releasing a some more information for the latest sample on our social media within the next two weeks!

Based on how this sample wears and feels, we may need to consider longer timeline extensions-- definitely a worst-case scenario, but it is currently a real possibility. We're also working on patterning for the Peacock Moth Dress at this time.

The Glorp Cat Cropped Jacket and Skirt has done astronomically in early sales! Thanks so much to everyone who bought in early for the love and support. 

As per the product listing, this is an extremely early-phase product. It's going to be challenging and time-consuming throughout the sampling and production process and will take a minimum of six months to finish production.

As the product listing says: Please only purchase this one if you're willing to wait a long time; We are in the business of breaking molds-- not breaking hearts! 

Please note that we expect this product to be ready-to-ship for November-December, but cannot make guarantees at this stage!

The Aurora Borealis Suit has seen quite a lot of interest, and we look forward to working on this dashing masc set. With an estimated production period of seven plus months, you'll want to make sure you're okay to wait until November at the very earliest.

The Apothecary Dress Set has grown viral, and rapidly so. As such, this piece will be put up as our final Pre-Sample Pre-Order launch for the first half of 2025. 

As it's behind four other new designs in line, it has a wait time of 8 months minimum, and should arrive by Spring of 2026. Pre-Sample Pre-Orders are generally going to take the larger part of a year from launch to produce, so please keep that in mind when placing an order!
