Springtime is now in full swing, and the weather's starting to show it! Thank you all for checking in on today's Pre-Order Update Newsletter, and we hope you're having a lovely May.

We always strive to maintain a steady flow of in-stock items shipping out to customers alongside our pre-order offerings. However, we recognize that some pieces have experienced significantly longer delays than others. If your order falls within the 6–12 month delay window, we deeply appreciate your continued patience and understanding as we work to fulfill these long-standing pre-orders.

To those still waiting on pre-order items, please know that your peace of mind is incredibly important to us. We're doing everything we can to reduce these delays and get your items to you as soon as possible.

If at any point the wait becomes too long, we’re more than happy to help with alternatives—whether that means switching to an available item, adjusting your order, or processing a suitable refund.

Regarding US Pause of Service

We have found a solution to the tariff situation in the US and have ended our shipping pause. However, we are currently in the process of catching up on order backlogs, but please be assured that all orders will be processed for shipping in the next week.

Pre-Orders

The Starry Night Dress restock has been received by our warehouse, and is on-track to ship out within the next week.

Our Stardust Strapped Dresses have all shipped out as of April 21st. 

Some orders including the Stardust Strapped Dress are waiting on other items. If you have a Stardust Strapped Dress and no preorder items in your order and it has yet to ship, please reach out to us at support@mochipan.com and we'd be happy to assist you further!

The Artist Jackets Pre-Order Round #2 is still on track to ship in late-July, 2025 and has yet to enter production.

The Jam Sweaters-- namely the variant color, cropped, and variant-cropped versions-- have begun shipping internationally, and US orders will begin shipping this week.

The Goddess Pajama Set has been received by our warehouse and will begin shipping this week, by May 15th!

As stated in the last newsletter, we've been informed that a larger number of pieces than usual were B grade or lower. We are waiting for the last handful of pieces from our manufacturer, expected to arrive in the next two weeks. 

We'll be fulfilling this piece in the order of purchasing, meaning earlier orders will be prioritized over more recent ones to ensure fairness for all customers.

We apologize for a brief delay on approximately 10-15 orders, and encourage you to reach out to us if you believe you've been affected so we can investigate the issue and assist you further.

The Strawberry Cottage Dress (Pink & Chocolate) have begun production and should be ready for their mid-June estimated shipping date.

Thank you all so much for your patience and support. The Emperor Gum, Luna, and Rosy Maple Moth Cardigans are on track, but the Flannel Moth has seen a one-month delay, and will be the final Moth Cardigan shipping in late-June.

Remember that our orders will only ship once every product in the cart is ready to go! You can have some pieces sent ahead of others for a reduced international flat rate of $28.99USD per additional parcel.

As per the last newsletter, the Woodland Shorts' latest sample is undergoing the following revisions:

• Fit: The overall fit of the shorts was slightly off, in the legs and inseam, as well as the way it would sit on the hips. Minor changes will be made to improve overall wearability, and the shorts have been made shorter to achieve the desired look.
• Fabric: The fabric will be a denim that includes spandex, again to enhance comfort and wearability without deviating too much from the original design and feel of the outdoorsy, woodsy shorts.
• Pockets: The final positioning of the pockets will need to be addressed, and will be adjusted to better represent the original concept art. 

The newest version of the sample has been received, and is awaiting review.

The Bee Swimsuit is currently awaiting final production of the bow and coverup, (temporary production photos found here), and the swimsuits themselves are currently back at the manufacturers to rectify a missing strap-bows at the top of the swimsuit. 

The timeline for this final set rests at Mid-May, and we greatly appreciate everybody's patience and support. 

Please note that only "Swimsuit Only" orders will be shipping now, with Full Sets unable to ship until the final touches are complete in early-mid June.

The Shark Bite Jacket & Tech Pants are FINally making headway! 

The first prototype has come in, and it's looking like it'll need some work. We'll be showing these samples on social media this week, so keep an eye out. 

Given the status of the first sample being a touch further behind our expectations, the estimated shipping date will be moved up to early summer for now to temper expectations.

The Honey Bee Summer Gown's final sample has been reviewed, and some minor tweaks will be needed before production can begin.You can see the sample review video over on IG!

As the final review and communication on this piece's most recent sample has faced delays, production has yet to begin, and production will not be able to commence until the end of May. 

Important Note: We completely understand that this product has gone far past it's original estimated shipping dates, and then some-- and the patience of all affected customers is immensely appreciated.

While we are doing everything we can to expedite this process, we're unfortunately unable to prevent all production-related delays, and understand this can be frustrating and take a lot of the joy out of your Mochipan order. If these timelines are too long for your comfort, we welcome all affected customers to contact us at Support@Mochipan.com to request a cancellation and refund at their discretion.

While we want nothing more than to get these products finished up and sent to their rightful homes, we want to ensure that customers that are not okay with waiting are able to be refunded in a reasonable and timely manner to prevent any compounding disappointment or resentment in their pre-sample pre-order experience.

The Plague Doctor Dress has seen some raving excitement, and we're hoping to get this piece finished for October! However, as another 6-month+ wait pre-sample pre-order, we can make no promises!

The Aurora Borealis Suit has seen quite a lot of interest, and we look forward to working on this dashing masc set. With an estimated production period of seven plus months, you'll want to make sure you're okay to wait until November at the very earliest.

The Apothecary Dress Set has grown viral, and rapidly so. As such, this piece will be put up as our final Pre-Sample Pre-Order launch for the first half of 2025. 

As it's behind four other new designs in line, it has a wait time of 8 months minimum, and should arrive by Spring of 2026. Pre-Sample Pre-Orders are generally going to take the larger part of a year from launch to produce, so please keep that in mind when placing an order!
