Important Shipping Information for Pre-Orders
Please note that Pre-Sample Pre-Orders (PSPOs) and regular Pre-Orders will not ship before Christmas. If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, the entire order will only ship once everything is in stock.
If you need items in time for Christmas, we recommend ordering either:
- Gift Cards: A perfect last-minute option!
- In-Stock Items: These are ready to ship and make excellent gifts.
If you would like to enjoy the same discounts on both in-stock items and pre-orders, we’re happy to help! All you have to do is pay shipping for the in-stock portion of your order. Simply email us at mochipanofficial@gmail.com, and we can split your order and invoice you separately for shipping. This way, your in-stock items can ship ahead of time while your pre-orders arrive later.
Reminder: The final day to order in-stock items to guaranteed receive them in time for Christmas is December 5th, 2024. Be sure to plan accordingly to make your holidays magical! After this date, it is still possible but less likely as each day passes. During the holidays there are often a lot of shipping delays!
