Materials

This garment blends comfort, style, and sustainability with a 95% recycled polyester and 5% spandex faux suede outer and a cozy 100% recycled polyester lining.

 

Surface: 95% Recycled Polyester, 5% Spandex (Faux Suede Finish)

The outer layer has a mini faux suede finish, giving it a soft, velvety texture that’s both warm and sophisticated. The added spandex provides a slight stretch for easy movement. This surface offers light to moderate warmth and a gentle insulation that’s ideal for cooler days.

Lining: 100% Recycled Polyester

The inside features smooth lining made from 100% recycled polyester, adding a layer of warmth and softness against the skin. This layer alone would be too thin, so we have bulked it up a bit with a quilting style to ensure it will provide you with warmth.

 

Feel and Comfort

The faux suede exterior and soft lining combine for a luxurious, comfortable experience—soft on the outside and warm on the inside. Both fabrics are suitable for sensitive skin and designed for warmth and comfort.

Fitting advice: If you want a baggy look, pick your usual size. If you typically wear an L, pick an L.

If you want a more snug fit, size down.

 

If you are tall (5'10 and over) it is recommended that you get a size 3XL at least to account for arm length, but make sure to measure to check!

 

For example:

If you have a 40" (101cm bust) and want a baggy fit, size M is recommended.

If you have a 45" (114cm) bust and want a slightly snug fit, size M or L is recommended.

This is worth the price. It's true to the design and sample; the print, embroidery, buttons, and bows are beautiful; it's polyester and poly fill, but it's warm enough to keep me warm during MI springs of 30-40 degrees; and the drawstrings and metal zippers are functional. The only thing I'd want changed is how the bows attach. They both snap on with a single snap. I like that they're removable, because it makes the jacket easy to clean. But all the bows came off the first time I wore this and because of this, I've put the bows in storage and wear this without them now. I think it would be better if the bows used 3+ snaps, belted on, or used locking pins instead. I love how it looks with the bows on, but it's not practical if they're constantly falling off. I have a sweater with accessories that use multiple snaps and dresses, skirts, and blouses that use locking pins and they don't have this issue.

Beautifully made jacket. Hood is big enough to fit my fro when I grow it out again. I love the pocket inside to hide a journal. I ordered a size up at 3xl and I'm swimming in it. I dont think that's a bad thing at all for a woman of my size(260lbs). The only thing is I'm so short (5'4") that the jacket is past my knees. It's totally my bad from not reading the measurements. And its hardly a critique when I love that style. I was just surprised. Haha. The pockets are huge and none of my items fall out when I bend over which is a huge plus. I love it so much and my little sister already stole it for a few days. Lol. Dont stop to think! Just get it.

Exceeded High Expectations!

I had heard a lot of hype about Mochipan. Friends and family both talk about the attention to detail and fascinating textures. I am beyond thrilled with this coat! It comes with an extra of each button! It comes with snaps, easy enough for my chronic pain hands, but firm enough to hold m plus frame. Looks great on me too.

Shipping was fast, but didn't update often. Keep an eye on preorders!

There were 1 or 2 loose threads in between stitching in ribbon, but not anything dramatic.
