Happy mid-March! This marks our thirteenth Pre-Order Update Newsletter. Thank you to everyone for your patience during our hiatus-period. We're happy to announce that our hiatus will end on March 18th, 2025. Though we'll officially be back on the 19th once Rae come out of surgery, we may until the 21st to fully return to normal operations to allow for recovery and recuperation. 

One notable change for our shop is our new support email address at "support@mochipan.com!"

Moving forward, our goal is to get back into the swing of things as soon as possible-- however, please note that with customer service inquiries, we've worked up a considerable backlog and you may not hear back from us for up to 5 business days.

With the above in mind, let's get into the next updates!

Pre-Orders

The Starry Night Collection now only has two pieces that may have yet to ship. They are:

• Stardust Strapped Dress
• Starry Night Dress

As per our last update, the Stardust Strapped Dress shipment was, along with the Magpie Crow Butterfly Cardigan shipment, shorted considerably. We've reached out to most customers immediately affected and offered various resolutions. If you've not been contacted at this time, please let us know and we'd be happy to assist you as soon as possible.

The Starry Night Dress has arrived, and nearly all pieces will ship by March 20th as planned! However, if you ordered a 4XL, we've been informed that a production issue has caused our latest shipment to be short 20 pieces for that particular size.

All order for the above size grad will be fulfilled based a variety of factors including when the order was placed and if the order would otherwise be ready to ship. If you don't receive a tracking number for your 4XL Starry Night Strapped Dress by March 22nd, please reach out to us so we can assist you further with the latest updates.

The Dark-mode Artist Jacket has arrived and will be shipped by March 20th! If you don't receive a tracking number by the 22nd, please let us know and we'd be happy to investigate your order.

The Winter's Kiss Dress (and associated Bordeaux Shrug) have faced minor delays and are expected now to ship in late-March to early-April. We do not expect additional delays for this product at this time.

Pre-Sample Pre-Orders (PSPOs)

In Moth Cardigan news: 

• The Mothman and Atlas Moth Cardigans will be shipped by March 20th, 2025 with tracking to arrive by March 22nd, 2025.
• The Death's Head, Pandora Sphinx, and Smoky Emperor Moth Back-Orders will ship by March 25th, 2025.
  
• Magpie Crow Butterfly Cardigans that have been affected by shorted stock issues are still slated to ship in April-May, 2025! Our next update on March 30th will have a definitive timeline for all delayed orders.
  
• The Spanish Moon Moth Cardigan is nearly complete but has faced some minor delays on account of the bows and will ship by early-April.

Thanks so much to everyone for your patience and support! Back-Order Moth Cardigan restocks are rolling out steadily, and we should have information on the Leopard Moth and Monarch Cardigan restocks by our next update.

Remember that our orders will only ship once every product in the cart is ready to go! 

The Woodland Shorts face yet another considerable delay. While we're nearly at the final sample, production queues are filling up fast for Springtime. We expect that this piece, rather than being delayed into May as initially thought, will be shipped in June 10th.

We understand the rightful frustration that comes with moving timelines and appreciate your patience greatly. This piece is among the ones that have seen the most timeline extensions, and your patience is greatly appreciated. 

As the piece's production continues, we're seeing that the initially offered prices have become hard to justify and have since gone up. As such, all early supporters are getting a considerably lower price than the final retail value, and new customers will need to purchase the piece at an increased price of $79.99 USD.

As a challenging piece with a strong theme and look, we're aiming to take as much time as needed to make this piece perfect. As such, please reach out if any future delays are simply too long for you and we'd be happy to promptly refund your order.

The Bee Swimsuit and Cover Up is on track, slowly but surely. The body of the swimsuit and cover-up are complete, and their final samples have come along swimmingly. We’re making steady progress for the bow and cuffs, and appreciate your patience.

The Shark Bite Jacket & Tech Pants have been long awaited, and we've begun taking initial steps towards its completion. Though it's final shipping date is still a ways away, we're able to provide a more deFINitive timeline at this juncture.

The Honey Bee Dress (Short)'s final sample is complete and sizing has been released! Thank you all for your patience, and our estimated shipping date stands at April 5th, 2025 for now.

The Honey Bee Summer Gown's production course is running steady-- however, we're not able to check the final sample at this time and approve it for bulk production due to Rae's upcoming surgery in two days. 

Unfortunately, as such, the Honey Bee Summer Gown will be delayed by a 1-month period. We appreciate your patience and understanding-- and please know that if this delay is too long, we're more than happy to cancel and refund your order at your request. Thank you for your understanding and support!

The Cottage Jumperskirt, Green has faced minor delays and has been pushed back two weeks, for a final estimated shipping date of April 5th, 2025. The Wine variant has subsequently been pushed back to April 30th, and we apologize for the delay in production.

The Goth Swimsuit + Swim Skirt Set has been pushed back one month on account of issues with our current manufacturer. We are aiming to have the set ready-to-go and shipped before summertime, in May 2025.
