On average, our PSPOs take about 4-5 months from start to shipment. While some orders arrive in as little as three months, others may take up to twelve months. If at any point you feel uneasy, we urge you to reach out via support email at mochipanofficial@gmail.com for the absolute latest updates.  

We also want to remind customers that PSPOs are eligible for cancellation at any time for a full refund, until two weeks after product photos are released for any given PSPO product.

As a final note, we've recently heard concerning news from one of our partnered factories. This past week, there has been a fire at one of our partnered manufacturing facilities causing a handful of pressing delays during the busiest time of year. We apologize for the added delays on products, which we understand are a source of frustration and anxiety among our lovely customers, and reassure you that we're doing all within our power to expedite the production process wherever possible.

Pre-Orders

The Starry Night Collection has seen resounding success since its launch on October 15th! Thank you all so much for your support and engagement. This entire collection is on-schedule to ship in early-to-mid December!

Upcoming Starry Night Dresses: Two new Starry Night Dresses which can be found on our social media will be released for pre-order just as this Pre-Order period ends! Their final samples are being produced at this time, and pictures will be made available at the same time as pre-order release.

There will be a brief period where both pre-orders will overlap, between November 15th and November 20th. We recommend ordering in this window if you'd like to bundle purchases from both collections in a single order!

We hope you’re all doing well! We have some important updates regarding the Moth Cardigans that we’d like to share with you.

Production Delays due to Popularity 

We are thrilled to report that the Moth Cardigans have been met with an overwhelming response, resulting in unprecedentedly high production times. While this is fantastic news for our community, it means we need to adjust our timelines to ensure that each cardigan meets our quality standards.

Batch Production Schedule

To accommodate the demand and ensure we have enough stock for size exchanges, we will be producing the Moth Cardigans in six batches. Here’s a breakdown of our production plan:

Batch 1 (Starting November 10, 2024)

• Smoky Emperor

• Cinnabar

Estimated Production Completion: Late December (1.5 months)

With expanded sizing in tow, the Artist Jacket is on track for completion! An email has been sent out to all customers detailing the new sizing which can also be found at the product page.

The Artist Jacket's next sample will be arriving in three days, and this will likely be the final sample! Production for a Dark Mode sample will begin right away so we can bring you photos for mid-December.

We hope this message finds you well! We have an important update regarding the final sample of the Woodland Shorts. While we were initially on track to complete it by November 15th, we’ve encountered a slight delay that has necessitated a new completion date of November 30th, 2024.

The adjustment in our timeline is due to our commitment to quality. During the final stages of production, we identified an opportunity to enhance certain design elements that will significantly improve the overall fit and comfort of the shorts. We believe that taking this extra time will ensure that you receive a product that meets our high standards and exceeds your expectations!

While you'll still be waiting at least four-five months, you can rest assured that you'll be informed of each step until it's finally FINished.

The Honey Bee Dress (Short) has had its Product Photo release delayed by two weeks due to shipping issues following sample completion! As soon as the sample arrives (within 3-5 business days,) production will begin.

All is quiet on the Fall Pumpkin Sets (Almond & Espresso) front-- meaning our timeline is on track, and final samples for the remaining two colorsways of this set should finish in about 1.5 weeks.

Sizing and material information has been released as per the release of the Sage variant dress and sweater. As for shipping dates, these variants are now estimated to ship out in late December 2024 alongside the Sage variant currently available for early pre-order.
