Due to manual measurements, please allow for a 1.5"to 3cm difference.

The waist is measured flat, but is an elastic waist with lots of stretch. Please expect the waist to stretch about 1.3-1.5x it's listed measurement.

Keep in mind it is an empire waist, so the waist should be slightly larger than what your actual waist is.

For example:

If you have a 40" (101cm bust) and a 30" (76cm) waist, the best size for you is likely:  M

If you have a 45" (114cm) bust and a 38" (96cm) waist, the best size for you is likely: 2XL.

It is okay to select a waist measurement smaller than what you are due to the elastic, but please pick a size that matches your UNDERBUST (high waist) as close as possible.

All measurements are done with the garment laying flat. 

Washing Instructions:

• Hand washing recommended
• Machine wash cold with similar colors
• Tumble dry on low heat
• Do not bleach
• Do not soak in hot water or detergent for extended periods

• Dry clean using PCE only

   

For Long-Term Care:

• Wash garments inside out to preserve fabric and color
• Avoid over-washing to maintain fabric quality
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and wear over time

Shipping Time:

Delivery times are estimates, and delays may happen. Mochipan will provide monthly updates via email, so please ensure you're subscribed. While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Refunds:

Refunds are not available once bulk production begins, as funds are directed toward manufacturing. Customers are responsible for any customs or VAT fees that may apply. While we take steps to minimize these charges, they may still occur. If fees go unpaid and the package is returned, additional shipping costs may apply. Please ensure your address is correct, as shipping fees are non-refundable once an item has been dispatched.
