Welcome the 9th Pre-Order and PSPO Update Blog! Here's the next set of updates for our our wide range of pre-order and PSPO products. 

All customers please be advised that our factories will be going on a three-week holiday starting today on account of the Chinese New Year holidays. As such, any products not slated to ship by the end of the month will not be shipping until mid-late February at the earliest!

Pre-Orders

As a reminder, all standard pre-orders are released with product photos, sizing information, and material information already available. If you still need that information, head over to the product page!

The Starry Night Collection has faced some minor delays due to increased domestic shipping congestion so close to the Chinese New Year Company. As such, the final estimated shipping date has inched backwards to the end of the month! The following products are ready-to-ship: 

• Starry Night Jacket
• Stardust Strapped Dress
• Starry Night Backpack
  
• Stardust Button Down
• Stardust Pants
  

Unfortunately, the Starry Night Dress has faced longer delays due to manufacturing issues. As a result, this one piece will not be able to ship until late-February to March following the upcoming holidays. 

The following products are not yet ready to ship, but are expected to ship by January 31st: 

• Starry Night Skirt w/ Shorts
• Stardust Dance Dress
• Starry Night Pajama Set
• Starry Night Crop Top

Timeline:

The entirety of the Fall Pumpkin Set has now shipped out! If you believe your order should have shipped but have not received a tracking number, please reach out and we'd be happy to investigate.

The Fall 2024 Mushroom Collection has nearly shipped out in its entirety! You will receive a tracking number for your Mushroom Collection order within the next 1-3 business days. 

The one exception to the above is the Mushroom Bag, which will require between 2-3 business days to get fully ready-to-ship. Please expect tracking and shipment notices for the Mushroom Bag to arrive by the end of next week!

The Pie Bags are now complete, finished packaging, and en route to our warehouse for final shipment. This product has faced a brief delay due to complex packaging, and will ship out by the end of the month!

Timeline:

The White Artist Jacket has finished production and is en route to our warehouse for final fulfillment! As with many of our other pieces shipping out around this time, it has seen delays due to above average domestic shipping congestion prior to the upcoming holidays. 

The White variant of the Artist Jacket will be shipped out by the end of the month, with the Dark Mode variant still slated to ship in mid-February to March.

Timeline:

• Estimated Shipping Date (Dark Mode): February 28th - March 15th, 2025

 

 

The original Strawberry Jam Sweater has begun shipping, and all orders are expected to ship out within the next 1-3 business days!

A product listing has gone up for the new Jam Sweater variants, and as per our last update sent out on this product, the window for customers to change their sweater to a different product has now officially closed. If you require an adjustment at this stage, you can certainly contact us-- however, please note that we cannot promise to accommodate changes for the Original Strawberry Jam Sweater at this time.

 

The Lacebound Set is en route to our warehouse, meaning it is on track to ship out before the end of the month! Thank you for your support of this product, as well as a big thanks to our collaborator, Karrigan Taylor!

The Winter's Kiss Dress (and associated Bordeaux Shrug) are on track with our updates from two weeks ago, and will be shipping in early-mid March shortly after our factories return from their three-week holidays.

Timeline: 

• Estimated Shipping Date: March 5th - 15th, 2025

 

 

The Black Quilted Set (Dress and Shrug) is facing delays due to an issue with the pockets. As such, the Shrug is complete and customers who've ordered just the shrug can expect to get a tracking notice very soon! 

The dress itself will be shipping in late-February to early-March on account of the Chinese New Year Holidays. Thank you so much for your understanding.

If you do not receive tracking for your Black Quilted Set (assuming no other pre-orders are pending for your order,) by February, please reach out and we'd be happy to investigate your order!

Pre-Sample Pre-Orders (PSPOs)

The Moth Cardigan production is coming along, with a few minor delays caused by the timing of Chinese New Year this time around. The following Moth Cardigans have shipped as of the writing of this blog: 

• Smoky Emperor Moth
• Leopard Moth
• Cinnabar Moth
• Pandora Sphinx Moth
• Death's Head Moth

Additionally, the Brahmin Moth Cardigan will be shipping by the end of the month!

If you do not have a tracking number for your order yet and there's no reason it should have yet to ship, send us an email so we can investigate. Please note that any products labelled "Back Order" will not ship until March-April when a restock is expected. This also goes for any Death's Head Moth Cardigan orders placed on or after January 8th.

The remaining early-mid-batch cardigans will unfortunately need to wait until the end of the Chinese New Year holidays to ship, and will likely end up shipping in mid-late February. Affected variants are as follows:

As a result of production delays and limited capacity of production, the final batch cardigans will likely ship in mid-March. Affected variants are as follows:

With the above in mind, our new timeline is as follows:

The Woodland Shorts are trucking along, but have been delayed to April 5th as per our last update sent out on January 5th.

As a challenging piece with a strong theme and look, we're aiming to take as much time as needed to make this piece perfect. As such, please reach out if these recent delays are simply too long for you and we'd be happy to promptly refund your order.

The Bee Swimsuit and Cover Up is on track, slowly but surely. The body of the swimsuit and cover-up are complete, and their final samples have come along swimmingly. We’re making steady progress for the bow and cuffs, and appreciate your patience.

Remember, all pre-sample pre-orders for this product include our exclusive Bumble Bee and Honey Cake enamel pins!

The Shark Bite Jacket & Tech Pants are still a ways away! Since the PSPO release, this set's Estimated Shipping Date has been set for Spring 2025 due to its complex design. While you'll still be waiting at least three-four months, you can rest assured that you'll be informed of each step until it's finally FINished.

...We'll let ourselves out.

The Honey Bee Dress (Short)'s final sample is complete and sizing has been released! Thank you all for your patience, and our estimated shipping date stands at April 5th, 2025 for now.

The Honey Bee Summer Gown’s updates have been pushed back on account of the Chinese New Year Holidays. That said, we still have every expectation that this product will be ready to ship for our new goal of April 5th, 2025 with time to spare!

For the time being, we’ll continue our work behind the scenes. We look forward to sending this piece your way and appreciate your continued patience.

The Cottage Jumperskirt photos and sizing have been released and are available now! If you need to change your size, please let us know and we’ll get any changes needed applied to your order right away.

Due to the Chinese New Year Holiday, this product is now estimated to ship in March! As per our last update, the Cost-Free Cancellation Window for this product ends tonight. Any cancellation requests from the 20th on will incur a 15% pre-order cancellation fee.

The Goth Swimsuit + Swim Skirt Set is trucking along and is still expected to ship by April 5th as per our last couple of updates.

The Cropped Moth Jacket sample is unfortunately not-yet in showing condition! As such, we'll need to make a two-week extension to our last update for this product, for a new shipping estimate of late-March.

The Moth Dresses (Spanish Moon & Mothman) are currently mostly on track, with minor extensions to expected timelines due to the Chinese New Years' holidays.

Product pictures, sizing charts, and material information will be released in late-February, with a new esimtated shipping date pushed two weeks out to late-March, 2025.
