To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

Return Policy:

Orders cannot be be canceled once placed. If you ordered the wrong size/color, please message us within 24hrs of placement. We cannot guarantee changes as we process orders immediately.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. There is a restocking fee of 15% on returned items. If you choose store credit instead of money back to your card/PayPal, there is no restocking fee. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Please try to use shipping services with tracking to ensure your package will be delivered. Items must be returned in original condition (trying them on is ok). We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has been worn/used. A refund will be processed to you once we have received your returned items. 

If your order is the wrong color, size, faulty or missing, please contact us and provide us with picture proof within 10 days of your package delivery to get a replacement. 

We bear no responsibility for packages that get rejected, returned to sender or lost in the mail due to an incorrect shipping address provided or a failure to collect the package from your post office.

Returns are not eligible when a discount code or gift card is used at checkout.

How do I return my item(s)?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click "Start"
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Make sure to include a detailed description of the issue in the notes
  • In some cases, we will request some images of your item to confirm any issues.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of arrival if:

  • The item you received is the wrong item
  • The size you received is the wrong size
  • The item is damaged, ripped, torn or dirty

 

The item must be:

  • In original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

The item cannot be returned if:

  • It is the wrong size due to user error (if the item does not match the sizing chart provided in the item's description, then it is our error and therefore returnable - but please keep in mind there is a 1-3cm allowance for manual error)
  • You do not like it
  • There is an unpleasant odor (very rare - usually due to storage during shipping that is out of our control)

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return.
  • There is a restocking fee of 15% of the item/order value.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will receive an additional refund notification email within 24hrs if you are approved.
  • If you are approved, then upon receiving your returned item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment within 10 working days.

Please Note:

Due to logistical constraints, we are currently unable to receive packages that are marked “return to sender.” As such, please take particular care in tracking your package and ensuring that you are able to receive it. Our standard cheaper shipping options can take anywhere from 12-20 business days on average for delivery, and up to 7-28 business days in cases of extreme variance. Should your tracking information not display correctly, indicating that your order has yet to ship, or has been shipped to a different address, please reach out to us as quickly as possible, so that we can ensure that your package arrives to you with no issues. We do not take responsibility for packages that have been returned to sender, as we are unable to retrieve them.
