2021 Mochipan Update - New Shipping, etc.
Hello everyone!
I am excited to announce that we are introducing new shipping option. All of these new changes should be completed by the end of the year, but you can start enjoying them now!
Starting Jan. 1, 2021, the processing time for an order will be 1-2 days business days. This is a huge improvement compared to our previous 2-5 business days. We will also be introducing new packaging and branding.
The next biggest change is our new 1 week shipping option. This will cost about $19.99. Unfortunately, this one week option cannot be free. Shipping is quite expensive.
Here's the breakdown:
FREE shipping:
- Free
- On average, arrives within 15-22 days. During the holiday season that can be delayed to up to 30 days.
- Handled by local company, then turns into USPS (or the equivalent in your country)
1 Week Shipping:
- $19.99
- On average, arrives within 3-5 business days. During the holiday season, that can be delayed to up to 7 business days.
- Handled by UPS
The FREE option will still be around as well.
I wanted to introduce this new shipping to help combat some of the issues the FREE shipping has seen, such as lost packages, major delays, and getting stuck in customs. This new shipping method should dramatically reduce the risks of these issues. That being said, it is a new shipping method that I am not completely used to yet, so there may be a few kinks to work out along the way.
