It has come to our attention that some cardigans were mistakenly sent out with a pink color at the bottom instead of the intended red. We sincerely apologize for this error and are actively investigating our existing inventory and working to track down and correct all affected pieces so we can understand the full scope of this issue across all pieces in the shipment.
While the "pinked" Cecropia Moth Cardigans are still perfect in quality, fit, and feel, we want to ensure that customers are able to receive the colors shown in the final sample photos should they desire.
For all customers wishing to receive the product as originally intended, we are offering the following resolution options:
Full Refund – Return the cardigan (with tags attached), and we will issue a full refund.
Partial Refund + Corrected Cardigan – Return the current cardigan (with tags attached), and receive a partial refund of 15% along with a corrected cardigan (with the proper red color) once they are completed.
Partial Refund + Exchange for a Different Item – Return the current cardigan (with tags attached), and receive a partial refund of 15% along with an exchange for a different item of your choice.
