We wanted to take a moment to let you all know that Max (our amazing Customer Service Manager) and I will be taking a much-needed two-week break starting Tuesday, March 4th.
This isn’t just a vacation for relaxation—I'll be undergoing surgery for a condition I’ve had my whole life, and Max will be by my side to help me through recovery. While this is an important step for my health, I also know that Mochipan means the world to so many of you, and I don’t want to leave you completely in the dark.
We kindly ask that if your query is not urgent, you wait until we return from our semi-vacation, wherever possible.
During these two weeks, we’ll still be intermittently checking emails and doing our best to stay up to date with any urgent matters. However, response times will be slower than usual. Please know that if you reach out, we will get back to you as soon as we can. Your patience and understanding during this time mean so much to us.
