This Mushroom Dress is a special exception that has a pre-launch pre-order.  This means that you can buy it now, but it hasn't officially launched yet. If you'd rather wait for the official launch, please make sure you're following me on IG, Twitter, or TikTok, and signed up to my newsletter.

As the sample has been made and photographed (although not the final photos) you are locked in when you purchase this, pre-launch or post-launch. No refunds will be offered. The only instance a refund will be offered is if the size chart changes - this affects the size you chose, and are no longer able to find a suitable size.

Material: Polyester blend (soft touch, not shiny or reflective. Weighty and heavy, but not suffocating. Think eggshell matte paint) **I know many people wanted cotton, but unfortunately this design cannot be made with cotton right now.

Due to manual measurements, please allow for a 1.5"to 3cm difference.

The waist is measured as a range to account for the elasticity. Please select a size that is closest to your bust measurement, and then select the waist from there.

For example:

If you have a 40" (101cm bust) and a 30" (76cm) waist, the best size for you is likely: XL

If you have a 45" (114cm) bust and a 38" (96cm) waist, the best size for you is likely: 2XL or 3XL.

It is okay to select a waist measurement smaller than what you are due to the elastic, but please pick a size that matches your waist as close to the first number in the range as possible. 

     Hand washing is recommended
     Do not bleach
     Use of standard washers and dryers is fine

Quality: 

Once the sample has been made, you will see product photos above. The item in the photo that you see is a sample product. This sample is the base for bulk production. You can rest assured the item you receive will be exactly the same as the design and sample. Any products with major defects will go in the reject pile, but minor defects may still be possible. These shall be minimal and not affect the overall appearance/use of the products unless closely inspected.  This will only include a few loose threads here and there, that do not affect seam strength, By ordering, you understand and agree to the possibility of these minor defects. 

Shipping Time: 

Delivery times are estimates and there is always the possibility of delays. I ask that you kindly bare with me during the manufacturing process. I will be sending updates out at least once a month, so please make sure you're signed up to receive emails. Please understand that delivery times are not 100% guaranteed. 

Refunds: 

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances once production (bulk production of the final goods) has begun, as the funds go directly into production. Please understand that you are also responsible for all customs/VAT fees that may incur. I send out my products in a way that makes it unlikely for you to be charged customs/VAT, but it is still possible. If you do not pay these charges, shipping may need to be paid again if the package is returned to sender. Once an item has shipped, shipping is no longer refundable under any circumstances. Please ensure your address is correct.
