Returns and Refunds
Due to abuse of our previous return system, returns are now only accepted if we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged. Please check the sizing charts carefully before ordering. Feel free to ask us for more specific measurements. If the wrong item was sent, please contact us.
The item cannot be returned if damaged by use of the customer.
Initial shipping return fee must be paid by the customer. If the return is accepted, the item's full amount will be refunded.

An item cannot be refunded or cancelled once it has been shipped. If you wish to cancel, please contact us ASAP so that we can stop the order from proceeding.
