Hello everyone,

This will be the final update for the strawberry robe.
First of all, let me say that I am forever grateful for your patience until this point. I never wanted people to have to wait months for their robes. I totally understand how frustrating this has been, and I am truly sorry for the delays. I have received kind emails from many of you, and those mean the world to me. Through keeping track of emails and comments, I've seen the understandably rising concerns. Please bear with me just a bit longer, as this long journey is about to come to an end.

Timeline:

The strawberry robes are scheduled to completely leave production by the 17th of May. If there is ANY delay at all, it will only change this date by 3 days at the MOST. So, in the worst case scenario, this will be the 20th of May.

The robes will start shipping out on the 20th, 21st, 24th, 25th, and 26th of May. If there is ANY delay at all, it will only change these dates by 3 days at the MOST. So, in the worst case scenario, the robes will start shipping the 24th of May (please exclude weekends).

I do not suspect there will be delays, but I have been surprised in the past.

If you ordered with 1 Week Shipping, your order will arrive in 1 week after you receive a tracking number.

If you did not choose this shipping option and instead chose the Free Shipping, your order should arrive within 2 weeks.

As stated in the previous update email, I decided to combine the last 2-3 batches into one large, final batch.
This means that fewer people would have to wait extended periods of time. Shipping out hundreds of items will be a bit labor intensive, so your tracking information may not immediately
be updated, but I assure you the robes are on their way.

 

I am including a size chart below. Please check the measurements and double check that the size you ordered is the one you want. Also, if you need to change the address that the item will ship to, please let us know that as well. Please format your email as follows:

Order #0000 (example)

Change size to L

Change address to __________________.

Something along these lines will be very helpful for my team and I to get things moving quickly.

To address some of the concerns I have seen:

There are many customers from February and March who have yet to receive their robes. There have been a few lost in transit, but also a good portion of those orders were unable to ship due to the batch system, which is another problem I wanted to solve this time around. Although quite a few robes were shipped then, I understand that it is concerning when no one says they have received it.

If you would like to see images of the production of this item, there are some located in the comments of the ads. However, a better place to view this would be on my Instagram @mochipan_official. Production images are saved as a highlight, and will give you a better idea of some of the production issued and delays that I have faced along the way.

Again, I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support and patience. I have learned a lot as a business owner during this ordeal, and because of this I can make many improvements to future product production.
